Best part in my opinion how easy they are and how intuitive they are to use. I bought these for our church hall functions and the mics we had before always caused problems because non-technical people could never figure out how to use them due to all the knobs and controls (sync frequencies, on/off, instructions). properly used properly mute etc etc) I always had to be there in person to set them up but even a 9 year old kid can control these mics. proven by the fact that my 9 year old is now installing them for church. Around 200 people can be comfortably seated in our hall. The range and sound quality of this wm200 are perfect for our room. I had to increase the speaker treble slightly for this WM200 compared to our previous pair of $500 wireless Sennheiser mics to get the clear sound I wanted, but that's not a problem for me. I had an issue with the first pair Innopow sent me, one mic worked great but the other mic made popping noises from time to time especially when turning the mic on and off which was unacceptable. I informed Innopow about the problem and they immediately sent me a new pair of microphones. and these are perfect! I am very impressed with the customer service at Innopow and very happy with my purchase.
