I really like BizRatings.com because of the fact that it provides you with a detailed breakdown of your business's rating. The customer service is also fantastic because I've had questions answered quickly and honestly. I also like that it can be used for both B2B and B2C. I didn't really find anything I disliked but I would say that because they are trying to establish their brand name, the website could use some more advertising. I think that they are trying to establish their brand and they are doing a great job of it. I use BizRatings.com for my company, G.L.O.W.S. Consulting. It helps us be able to see how we are doing in terms of our business and it is also a great tool to use when we are trying to get new clients.
