Pros: powerful hot steam, 30+ minutes of steam, various attachments, lightweight canister, easy assembly, leaves little moisture on wooden floors, dries quickly, cleans windows, removes surface dirt, revitalizes woolen carpets, but is not a carpet cleaner. It's a good idea to vacuum your floors before use. Finally, if using on old tile grout, spray cleaner onto the surface before steaming for best results. Cons: Mostly plastic parts including attached bars. The floor mop head has a permanent single row 1/2" hard bristle brush that surrounds the underside of the head - not good for wooden floors - so a good microfiber steam pad cover is essential. The one pillow that comes with it is very thin, cheap and almost unusable. I bought Ximoon replacement two-sided steam pads that go well with the floor nozzle. I have used them twice. In general, it does a good job of steam cleaning surfaces.
