I like that we can use VAFlow for our employees' wellness programs, as well as other medical services without having an employee insurance plan which would be too expensive or difficult with so many different providers out there! Currently only available in California but they are looking at expanding it nationally soon (we're hoping). Nothing really- just try using their platform if someone is interested enough!! It's free though - not sure what people think of this since most companies have traditional plans where all costs need approval from management first etc.- maybe easier? Just do some research before signing up otherwise its super easy once everything gets set up correctly. Wellness/medical benefits administration has been made much more efficient than paper worksheets used by my previous employer who had no online system either because HR was very outdated back then lol!
