Now let me start by giving this product two stars based on the fact that this company uses safe ingredients. But otherwise? I waited two months before writing a review for this product to see if it actually works and I'm sorry to say it doesn't. I bought this shampoo to thicken my hair, prevent breakage and strengthen my hair. and no, it never was. This product left my hair weird and not very clean and the conditioner never left my hair soft. The smell is not the best at all, it has a bit of that old school medicine smell from the 80's. It got to the point where I put the conditioner on my hair twice to see if it got soft and didn't. I hate to say I received a bad batch of shampoo and conditioner but I highly doubt it. I was very disappointed with both the shampoo and conditioner and believe me I really tried. For me, based on the reviews I've read, this shampoo really isn't for every hair type. I have curly/wavy hair and the positive reviews seem to be coming from people with straight hair. So please remove for all hair types. The price of this product is too high, I think the reason is not how good the product is but how they sell it and we are forced to pay a higher price for their marketing. I wouldn't recommend this shampoo and conditioner, I've really tried it but it's not for me.
