I have an old Garmin Edge 500 and got a K-Edge mount from a friend. I didn't want to buy another dual mount and this was just what I needed. I wasn't sure if this would fit my mount as some of the reviews are a bit unclear. I've added photos and videos to this review so you can get a better idea of what type of K-Edge mount it fits. It comes with two screws, so take extra care when unpacking. They are tiny and the packaging is vacuum. You place it on the bottom of the bracket and screw in two screws. Allows you to securely connect the mount to the base. The only problem is that it's a bit pricey, but it's from K-Edge, and while you can get a generic dual mount for less, I didn't want to buy another item so my old one would just sit around. In addition, the K version is of high quality.
