My first time so I feel the need to take more. The gray bag is darker than in the picture. I like all the pockets to keep everything organized and in place when trying to grab things quickly. The side pockets are stretchy and deep, allowing you to store more than one item inside. Love the retractable changing pad, it's very comfy, I remember to put it back in my bag (mom brain) and my little boy can't get germs from public places! I highly recommend
