Review on Filtrete 15x24x1 Room AC Filter (9808) - Enhanced for Better SEO by Christopher Penn

So after a little over 3 weeks I had to replace it with a new Filtrete sheet. I am attaching a photo of the old and new above to illustrate the difference. It filled up with dust so quickly that it was unbelievable what can be considered a plus or a minus. On the one hand there is much less dust in the air, on the other hand I will look at climate filters for €10 a month in the future. I decided to try a thicker activated carbon pre-filter. before the Filtrete filter and see if that makes a difference. Original Review 9/13/15: Just thought I'd mention that you need some really sharp scissors to cut this anywhere remotely clean. I went through three pairs, and only the third out of the box was sharp enough to cut without tearing or fraying the edges. Also, it appears to be what is advertised.
