This was a great device for about 10 - 15 kicking sessions. Now one of the legs lost friction and it falls down every time. The product claims a lifetime warranty, but I’m not sure how to get in touch with them. I’m hoping they will contact me to honor the warranty. If so I will adjust my rating for their customer service. 1 starUpdate: the company did contact me and replaced the broken tee that kept falling down at no cost. Very good customer service. Upgraded to 3 stars. I will see how long this one lasts and if it is more durable I will upgrade the stars again.Update: I added a star as the company reached out again to ensure the product was meeting expectations. They continue to check in and I am impressed with that service. If the product continues to work well I will bump it up from 4 stars to 5 stars.
