Review on Robot vacuum cleaner Roborock S7 Global, black by Michal Wjcik ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

This is the very first robot vacuum cleaner that I have owned. In terms of the amount of suction power it possesses, a self-propelled standalone vacuum cleaner has always been met with my skepticism. My worries have been somewhat justified, at least to some level. ONLY a device of this kind cannot be utilized. Corners, spots that are geometrically unreachable, even a small amount of "sticky" waste, or simply vast amounts of junk can all remain visible due to a lack of visual control. In ordinary life, a more powerful gadget is unquestionably required for the "major" cleaning that occurs once each week. The fact that this robot is efficient at "maintaining" cleanliness in between large cleanings without wasting my time demonstrates that it is an effective tool for the task.

Pros
  • - a fantastic algorithm that works well in conjunction with the sensors that are already there - Has a respectable level of cleaning performance for a robot - The battery can reliably clean an area of 115 square meters at once (excluding carpets).
Cons
  • When cleaning selected rooms, it is not possible to set the order in which the rooms are cleaned. A cloth used for wet cleaning needs to be rinsed properly after cleaning an area of 20 square meters. Lidar is an optical sensor. As a result, mirrored surfaces will be interpreted as fresh rooms, while curtains will be seen as impenetrable barriers. However, according to physics, there is nothing that can be done. — dog hair does not often come off of a tile that has a shiny finish. There is a hunch that this is the result of a static charge, which may or may not be the case. A double pass helped to solve some of the problem.
