I like that we can see all of our customer data at once with one dashboard instead of having many different dashboards for each product/customer combination (we have more than 100 products). It's not as easy or intuitive compared some other platforms out there but it is still very capable! We've been able solve most problems by using this platform now so its difficult getting used too much outside what they offer right offthe bat which isn't alot since you are limited when signing up initially - however if your looking into monitoring multiple customers then an option may be available later down road? This has helped us monitor everything from sales performance metrics such as revenue growth over time vs competitor comparisons across channels etc..
