So I ruined the day. I think supplement companies will understand that and refuse to send me more because I can write about them. I'm not a sheep that will tell you it's just stars and butterflies, but at the same time, when I see an advantage, I'm not averse to admitting that it is. Let's just say I didn't like these. Firstly, I would always recommend discussing these things with your doctor right from the start to try and better understand how these supplements can affect your individual physiology. We all have different bodies and body types, so it's important to understand that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to these things. By the way, I speak as a kinesiologist and have studied physiology, anatomy and biomechanics in depth, which is why I am so critical of these types of supplements. They don't deliver on their marketing promises and aren't safe for everyone. They also tend to be very expensive and there is nothing that good nutrition cannot achieve. If you find that you have a deficiency or overproduction of certain hormones that may show up in some way in your life, see your doctor for a blood test. I do not recommend using these types of supplements for self-medication or performance enhancement. In none of these cases will they be effective, and in some cases they may even harm you. As such, I didn't like them and wouldn't recommend them.
