The information provided here is incorrect. According to Schwarzkopf Igora Color Chart Number 10-1, there is no such name for "Blonde Platinum Ash". 10-1 is Ultra Blonde Cendre which is a completely different shade and fades to yellow after a week of coloring. When I first bought this Blond Platinum Ash I naturally got 10-1 Ultra Blonde Cendre. I returned this item hoping they would send me the correct one. But guess what, I have the same Ultra Blond Cendre again, even though I explained the problem. When I looked at the Schwarzkopf Igora Palette, I couldn't find a name that even looked like Blond Platinum Ash. There are two shades related to highlifts that look like a platinum shade: 10-21 Ultra Blonde Ash and 12-11 Special Blonde Cendre. I found another review from May 17, 2021 where a woman had the same issue as me. Either way, they should address this issue to avoid future confusion.
