Simple quick setup & fantastic customer service

Easy set up - super fast-easy way to get valuable data into your CRM; great support team who are very helpful from first contact till implementation! Would love if they did some marketing of their product themselves and had an ad campaign as well (we use it within our own organisation). So far so good. The best thing we like about them though, is that we can ask questions at any time. We need this feature for many reasons - and every one has been answered in no time by the team here. Sometimes I struggle with understanding why certain features are available/ not available. But usually there's always someone willing to give me advice or point me towards relevant documents etc on their website. They also send emails frequently when asked via chat. Also sometimes I see other customers asking similar questions which makes us feel much better than having our question go unanswered forever. The ability of maxFeedback in collecting data from my customers with ease was amazing! They were very helpful as well!! I had no issue using it at any time during our testing phase which lasted almost two months. ! It's been awesome. We are now able collect tons upon TONS OF DATA that we can use later down line. !! And they helped us so much when setting everything out properly too. . !!
