The ability to send out emails, texts or calls for our customers is very easy with this system! I love that it has an app you can use your phone in case of any emergencies/emails from clients need immediate attention!! It also helps us track every order sent through text messages so we know exactly who needs what when.

We are able fix issues immediately rather than waiting until someone gets home after hours which sometimes takes longer then necessary because they have already left work by time their boss realizes there was something wrong (which happens most times).
