Perfect, just what I was hoping for. It's not too big, but fits a laptop. I love the internal laptop sleeve with light padding and elastic velcro to keep it in place. It's also super cute and goes with everything - I get compliments all the time! I can pack a lot in a bag and still close it. My only request would be for the floor to be a bit firmer for him to stand on. I've been using the bag every day for about a month and a half, take it to work and haven't noticed any signs of wear! Highly recommended!
