. I really didn't need this knife as I have a number of other top quality 8" and 6" chef's knives, all of which are excellent in every way. However I have been VERY impressed with other Zelite knives I have bought over the years - these are my favorite knives - great quality, hardness, sharpness and handling as well as beauty. So after a year of craving this knife I finally couldn't take it anymore - I bought one and damn I'm glad I did. Fantastic knife! Very sharp, excellent handling, beautiful, with a good wide blade. No regret!
