Review on 🥐 Lekue Macaron Kit: DecoMax Pen and Baking Sheet Combo by Juanita Riles

After reading all the reviews, I decided to buy anyway. What a wonderful surprise. While other reviews didn't like the Decomax handle, I had no problems, it was actually quite easy to use, even a kid could do it. I didn't need any force to squeeze out the pasta mixture. And I haven't had any issues with leaks. I wonder if other buyers used the correct receipt. A mat makes sizing pasta a lot easier, and if you have the right receipt, they won't stick to the mat. I have to say that since I'm not a baking expert I didn't want to risk it. I didn't use the included recipe, so I'll use Martha Stewart's recipe (I usually do this when trying a recipe). for the first time) and they all came out perfect. The only downside is that the pan isn't as easy to clean as other silicone molds I have, perhaps due to its unique format. In the end, I found the kit to make making amazing macaroons easy and fun. I definitely recommend it, it's easy to use and gives great results.
