Review on 📶 TP-Link Deco S4 - Powerful Mesh WiFi System for Enhanced Home Coverage - 3-Pack by Alex Prince

Update January 2021👍🤩 Systems are still working great. However, the WiFi status indicator on the Deco is pointing up towards the ceiling. And because it's high on the cabinet, I can't see the status indicator. Also, I don't like that it dangles and slides around the closet which is regularly moved for cleaning. So I mounted it horizontally to the wall using a basic 3.5" wide angle bracket from Home Depot and ZIP cable ties. see my photos. I wrapped white tape around the metal corner to avoid scratching the finish of the decor. Now the indicator light is pointing horizontally and I can see it immediately when I enter the room. I also think it looks pretty snazzy mounted horizontally on the wall. {S4 Deco 3-pack, April 2020}My 2600 m². Foot is quite long in one direction and consists of 3 tiers. And half of it is all steel walls and a 1949 "Lustron" ceiling. Tried many brands of wifi router extenders over the years and constant problems, dead zones, no internet etc. Frequent rebooting of routers, extenders. This S4 Deco Mesh WiFi is the first system that offers error-free WiFi with 5 bar signal strength in every part of the house. And it was the easiest to set up. And it has a slick, simple smartphone app to do it all. This product has turned out much better than expected. No more internet freezes and restarts of routers, power strips, etc. No more booting up your desktop and opening power strip and router panels with complicated, clunky SSI and password programs. In a few weeks, I'll be throwing out my old routers and WiFi extenders and partying. Hooray 😃😃Guest WiFi is very easy to create, disable, rename, change PW. All in the Deco app for smartphones. No more complicated control panels on my desktop. I believe TP Link ushered in a whole generation of hassle-free Wi-Fi networks that are easy to install and affordable for large, complex homes. I would like to personally thank the engineers at TP Link for all the trouble they saved me and my family. Years of Wi-Fi issues and flare-ups, all gone, fixed in an hour install last Tuesday. 🤩😎😃
