The support staff is extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their equipment, which makes it easy to make decisions that will benefit us the most. With some of our projects there have been several times when we needed them to stop work due to lack of resources or issues within their own departments, yet they still worked until late into the night making sure that everything went smoothly for us! Sometimes communication between team members can get lost as well leading to delays during project completion. If you don't think an issue may arise then I would say definitely go through JFA with this type of problem. They helped take over management duties after my retirement and we are no longer responsible for those tasks, thus allowing me more time to focus on managing/leading JPAI. I would say that everything was great about this software! Supportive staff, efficient system, very easy to use. We have not had any issues with our users utilizing it as well. This tool allows us to keep track of our tools/equipment without having stacks of paper around or having to input information manually into spreadsheets. This makes work easier for myself and my co-workers by keeping tabs on who is using what equipment at what time.
