An absolute winner for ease of use and quality ingredients.

I'm a fanatic of wood, woodworking, furniture making, antique restoration, guitars and other stringed instruments and this wax blows my mind. I won't compare the competition here because they pale in comparison in terms of ease of use, quick saturation, shine, smooth feel, and how well it brings out the beauty of the wood grain. . My first impression of the fragrance made me think it was based on petrochemicals, but this fragrance is due to a combination of natural ingredients and non-harmful Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). In terms of texture, it's buttery smooth, requires no rubbing to activate, and a little touch goes a long way. It's also clean and very easy to polish - no powdery residue and no great muscle work required. He is clean, clean and fun to work with. I tested it on: mahogany, oak, sapele, birch, walnut. , chestnut, cherry, rosewood and ebony, all with excellent results. The wood on these pieces was a challenge as to what to use to keep them damp and polished. Spray guitar polish is great for removing fingerprints, but doesn't last long and doesn't provide adequate protection on porous surfaces. Fretboard oil or lemon oil is too "moisturizing" and greasy. Carnauba-based polish leaves marks on the grain. THIS wax is PERFECT. It also works great as a barrier against finger dirt, caustic sweat, etc., so it's great for the fretboard too (a little goes a long way). What I also like is that it's made in the USA. This is a quality product and the performance is excellent.
