The product is well designed and I am satisfied. I saved hundreds of dollars by replacing my two worn out 2013 Kia Soul Keys with these new key fobs. new keychain. A BIG TIP was to sort the old key in a zippered pocket. Prevents small parts from flying around during disassembly and assembly. I didn't get the springs I removed from the two worn keys to work when I put them in the new key fobs. I don't blame this product at all, most likely it was my fault because the videos I watched weren't really clear on this point. Small inconveniences. I can easily take the keys out of the fobs by pressing the button and wiggling my wrist. Auxiliary spring is not required. Another thing I did wrong was when I took apart one of the old keys I knocked one of the tiny push button switches off the circuit board. On a friend's recommendation, I took the button and circuit board to a local phone repair shop and they soldered the button back to the circuit board for $23. It worked! You may need to call, not all phone repair shops do. All in all I am a happy hiker.
