Leaving the coffee machine overnight with a filled water tank, in the morning we found that all the water was under the coffee machine and the kitchen set (horror, the new coffee machine turned out to be worse than the previous one). We contacted the specified mail again, saying that this time we would like to return the money or exchange it for another model of the car (an exchange for another model was not possible). With the return of money, everything turned out to be more difficult. Fill out an application on the same site. We sent a letter with a signed application to the accounting department by registered mail. Our valiant mail of 2022, as usual, carries a letter with the golden ring of 2022 - a week to Hong Kong.
