This necklace came in a cyan box lined with slotted black velvet foam to prevent the necklace from tangling and a gray jewelry cleaning cloth. I bought it for my 13 year old daughter who is a swimmer. It is perfect for her but will be too short for an adult. The chain is thin and elegant but sparkles. There is a simple lobster clasp that works well and a short extender length to adjust the necklace's position. The stars are solid and shiny silver. The mermaid is attractive and it's easy to see who she is. The only difference is that the stone on our moon is a very light blue, almost white when worn, while the one in the picture looks dark blue. There was a flaw in our moon's decoration, not enough to be seen. when wearing, especially when looking for mistakes.
