Review on ๐ŸŽฎ Master the Battlefields with Games Workshop's Warhammer 40 000 by David Monaco

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is a fantastic full game with plenty of room for other factions!

This is an absolutely fantastic starter set. 1.) War teams are absolutely amazing miniatures, some of the best people GW has created in years, with a tremendous amount of flexibility. It might also be profitable for Krieg to buy a second ten (like in my picture), but you can get a great game with just what you get in the box. 2.) The Ork team is complete. That's all you need for commands and the second crate becomes obsolete. The only complaint I have is that they are hard to find on the sprue as they are numbered by the unit they belong to and not where they are on the sprue. 3.) The landscape is simply fantastic. easy to assemble, fairly easy to color, and it works really well in Kill Team. Much better than any previous killzone. You also get a lot for the board, one set is enough for great games. 4.) The included script book is a hit and is a lot of fun for both teams. my younger son and I played with him and also with my older friends. 5.) The rule book is well written and well done. The rules themselves are a huge improvement over previous editions. There are very few typos, and everything is pretty reasonable and works intuitively (aside from the visibility/stealth rules, which require a bit of reading to understand). 6.) Good quality movement markers, but I have no idea why they thought they added something to the game. you annoy. 7.) Cardboard chips work well and you get a lot. The cards are fine too, although one of them has a very obvious typo. 8.) There are no rules for other Warhammer 40k factions in this set, which is annoying. For this you need the Compendium, which is a separate product. Overall, this is the most fun I've had with 40k since playing 2nd edition on carpet in my best friend's basement. 100% recommendation from me and my son. I bought TWO!
