I received my frying pan in January and I use it often. Overall I'm very happy with it, but I think the temperature dial could have been better marked. It's hard to read and I don't think it represents the actual temperature. I set it lower than previous pans so nothing burns. Once you know you need to save, it heats up quickly and cooks fairly evenly! The drip tray and "warming tray" are a joke. They're both too small to be useful considering this is a family fry pan. A pound of bacon cooks comfortably in a frying pan, but fat runs out of the tiny pan! Talk about a mess! I've never had that with my last two pans! The warming tray only has room for a few pieces of bacon or 4 mini pancakes. It might be ok but I was expecting a bit more so I didn't find it very helpful. I finally ditched the tiny drip tray and just used a large warming tray under the drip hole instead! At least no more overflows! Once I learn how to work with him I have no more complaints. Heats evenly and is easy to clean. Overall 4 stars!
