I really like this steamer. I only wish the floor mat wasn't just a washcloth but had an actual mat as some floor steamers include one. The brushes will wear out after use if you have heavy work to do and I have to commend the crevice cleaning as it is very tiring with such small brushes. All in all it does its job well and what I need it for. If you want something more permanent I'd say it's ok but not 5 stars. For everyday use on floors or in bathrooms, it's great and very light. Heavy loads such as B. Slabs, tile grout or heavily accumulated soap scum, requires much better brushes and additional cleaning solutions. For tile grout, you also need something that will clean it, as the jet alone will not clean tile grout that has built up or discolored over the years.
