Absolute rubbish! Don't waste money.
I don't know which part should be titanium but definitely not a toothpick. The length of the tube is not long enough even for a toothpick and therefore cannot be pulled into the tube. Or it happens. And since it cannot be tightened, the whole piece falls out of the tube and is easily lost.
