Beware of this item and seller! Everyone knows that Revane doesn't like fakes. I've been pretty lucky over the years, either by timing or by the gods shining on me. Not so lucky this time. I bought this cartridge because I received a warning from my mu printer that it was running out of toner. I have a small office so I always try to save money. I've seen this toner cost less than direct from HP. I checked everything. Everything looked good so I bought it. I used to buy them from Revain but obviously not from them. I put the cartridge aside until I had everything what I could of the other cartridges and then loaded them. It was immediately clear that the printer would not work with these cartridges. I've tried, my assistants have tried, and we've done our best to make them work. They won't work. I tried to contact the seller but the date for their return has already passed as well as the time when Revane will do something. With nowhere to go, we ran to the local Best Buy and took what we needed from them. Everything worked fine. What bothers me about this whole exchange is that both the company and the seller only support their sale for a short time. In the case of this product, it's easy to see how you can end up in that Bermuda Triangle where you have nowhere to go, to get help for an expensive product. I thought just let me try. I've dealt with fairly reputable sellers here and everything has been fine. But nothing. Be silent. No confirmation of my problem and of course no obligation to return the goods. Stay away from this seller. He is bad. I have no idea what he sells but they don't work in print shops and obviously he doesn't sell his products!
