If you look closely this item looks a little quilted. It's 100% cotton and is a little more thorough than some of the other top companies. More for cool weather. I have size 6 to 9 months. It measures 12 inches from top to bottom. Sleeve size may be of interest if it is from shoulder to hem. It measures 8.5 inches at the arms and then 10 inches at the bottom. The fabric stretches a little. The fabric is quite soft. The product is made in India. With a starting price of just over $16, I find it quite pricey, but overall I like it.
