Often disabled on Keyboards, Mice and Accessories

I've had this set less than a week and am already having a lot of problems with it. The mouse and keyboard are constantly disconnected from the computer. I have another mouse with a USB drive that works fine, so I don't think it's my computer. Even with fresh batteries, the mouse turns off randomly. Disappointing.
