I LOVE this pillow! This is the most comfortable pillow in the world and I want to use it even after the baby is born. (Warning: it is very large and expresses my husband, although we have a king). As for the cover, I thought at first that this pillow didn't come with a cover, so I ordered a cover to keep the pillow from getting dirty. . When I took a closer look at the pillow later, I found that it already had a cover! It's only white so it looks like it's just a pillow. So you don't need an additional cover, you can simply wash the one that comes with it. In any case, it is more convenient to have an extra suitcase. It fits the pillow perfectly but is difficult to put on. I wish there were little snaps at the very bottom that would make it easier to put on and take off instead of pulling the pillowcase from all sides like a snakeskin.
