I am returning this product. Unfortunately, the goods seem to be.

I am returning this item. Unfortunately, the item appears to be defective. There is interference in the headphones and the volume is not high enough to drown out ambient noise. I tried it on multiple devices and the problem was the same. Maybe I got a defective one.
