Review on 🔊 ELAC Debut 2.0 SUB3010 400W Powered Subwoofer, Black: Enhanced Bass for Rich Audio Experience by Matthew Miles

I bought this speaker from amazon.com. Before you buy this speaker, please note the following: - You need a mobile app to use this subwoofer for calibration. And there is currently a known issue with the app and subwoofer not connecting properly. ELAC is sending out a firmware update that is supposed to fix this problem. that does not work. Without initial setup using a mobile phone, this subwoofer is virtually useless. To make matters worse, support only works from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, meaning you may have to make time to get phone support. All these questions seem very amateurish for a company of this size. Unless addressed, I will NOT recommend this product.
