I received this bag a few days ago. Great bag, I like it very much. At the same time, it consists of about 50% leather and 50% polyurethane. It is described as 100% leather with PU trim. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I've read that PU fabrics are very durable so I hope this bag will last. However, advertising should be more accurate. After receiving it, I studied it very carefully and went back to reviews from other customers for feedback. My first concern was that the shoulder strap was definitely not leather, although some reviews said it was. It's not mine. The body of the bag is really leather and smells like leather. The bottom of the bag and the strap do not smell like leather and the pebbles are clearly different. It's thin and I didn't notice it at first. I've seen this in pictures posted by other customers. It is much more noticeable in two-tone bags. That's why I tried the "smell test" on myself. A woman posted photos of a frayed strap on her bag. On one of them hair, like fibers, extended from the strap. I've never seen leather before, but polyurethane could do the trick.
