I like that it is easy to add in new fields, as well as update existing ones; plus you can use gravity forms too which makes things easier when collecting data (especially if its long surveys).

The only downside would be how difficult some of their templates are at first glance - but after using them once or twice they start making sense quickly enough so don't worry about having an issue right away :) It's been great being able incorporate more robust survey questions into our website/applications without needing additional software / plugins etc.- all done within gravithesis itself- saves time & money over other solutions.
