Tiny keys, non-American keyboard

This keyboard comes in a box with Italian, Spanish and Portuguese labels but no English. That should have been my first clue. It's not an English keyboard, but it prints in English when connected to my MS Surface. It would be nice if I could type, but the keys are so small that I type everywhere and have to look at my fingers. Very annoying and useless.
