Review on 👗 Vintage A-Line Skirt: Kate Kasin Women's Grid Pattern Plaid KK633/KK495 - Chic Retro Fashion by Linda Braley

I really like this skirt overall although I have a few issues with it. I'm 5ft 4in and it's quite long for me. It goes about 4-5 inches above my ankles. A skirt like this (with heavier fabric) would look better mid-calf, so I'll probably shorten it at some point. At the same time, it has an almost gaudy look and is less shabby chic. The skirt is made of coarse cotton on the outside and soft flannel on the inside, which is very nice. I would also like the inner pockets to be flannel, but they are coarse cotton. The last thing that worries me is that the elastic at the waist doesn't appear to be sewn on, it just floats freely in the fabric. It's been folded into the material a few times and it's a little annoying to lay flat again. On a good day I have a 35 inch waist and size XL fits perfectly.
