I switched to this watch from a Garmin Forerunner 205 and I love everything about the 220. I wore the watch all day for over a week with 41% remainder!) - Slight ( 205 was bulky and also big to wear like a regular watch) - buttons were easy to press (205 buttons had to be pressed, 220 buttons is just perfect for me even with gloves) - stand locks securely for charging - badges are great to see, when you set a new record - Pretty intuitive (setting the clock is pretty easy) - Downloadable workout plans! (Yes! - I love that I can send a 16 week plan for 220 without having to manually enter each workout) - Gps data retrieval is very fast (just a few seconds) - Bluetooth syncing training data with my phone is great - getting alerts when using sound and vibration is useful. Cons - More colors would be nice (I like the colors on the Forerunner 620 but the $400 price doesn't interest me) - I can't think of anything else because I love this watch! I bought a 220 from HRM and I like to know how hard I can push myself, but it's also good to know when to be careful. The perfect watch for a runner. I'm not a top runner so I don't need the features of the 620. I don't plan on cycling or swimming (I've read the 920xt is great for triathlon.
