Update May 17, 2021: Received FEDEX package with power adapter and two cables. The function test is running. I'm changing my rating from 2 to 4 stars because of the above average customer service. Quality control costs one star. Update May 14, 2021: Received 2 emails after posting review below; one with an apology and a statement that the problem will be fixed; The second is the FEDEX tracking number. The rating and rating will be updated depending on the result. Initial review May 11, 2021: Order placed on April 26. Shipped on April 27th and charged to credit card, delivered to my address in North Texas on April 28th. Installed on April 29th. A detected power adapter plugged into an outlet will not work. An alternative battery power source was used to charge and operate the device. Otherwise it works as advertised. Contacted Kobe via email on the morning of April 30th regarding a faulty PSU. Minutes later I received a reply from Sonny Antebi at Coby that they would send me a replacement and they asked me to confirm my shipping address. did it Today is May 11th. No email status from Coby. No replacement power supply.
