Hello. Viewers. This organizer makes it easy to find the right beat for the projects you're working on. The organizer has holes to place each of your small pieces to view/select/pull out the correct size/fitting size. The organizer uses a magnetic base to mount a large metal tool box/shelf/wall. In addition, the bits remain magnetically stable, if you shake the organizer, the bit stays in place. I have three of these organizers in my shop. It's better than putting the pieces in a box or jar if you're wasting time picking the right piece.
