I had two issues with the shower, one was a broken Moen shower head and the other was water pressure issues. I've had trouble finding a replacement Moen polished brass shower head here and elsewhere online, but I stumbled upon Couradric. After reading a review that it was compatible with the Moen hose connector, I took a chance and bought it. I received the box and not only a good shower head but also a metal hose and shower arm connector. All I needed was a shower head and it matched the Moen metal hose perfectly. Another issue was the flow rate, with barely any water coming out even with this new shower head. The box included instructions on how to remove the flow regulator. I noticed that the instructions didn't match this shower head, which had a metal blocker that acted as a regulator. I used a paper clip and pulled it out but I still saw four small holes. I tried anyway and saw an improvement, but it was still dripping. It turned out that the hose connected at the top was clogged with scale, which acted as a regulator, and after cleaning, the shower head woke up. I decided to leave the shower as it is with no controls and now I get a powerful stream of water. The switch to adjust the jets is easy to move and the shower head is very light compared to the old Moen model.
