β’ The top 2 inches of the bags break 25% of the time, even when the bags are only 75% full; very weak spot. β’ The black plastic cord that you must use to secure the bag is often glued to the plastic that must be folded over, making the bag impossible to secure. β’ Actual opening is too small for most trash cans based on three different 14 gallon containers I tested. Should be at least an inch larger, maybe 1.5 inches. Overall, they cannot be compared to hefty bags. The problem is I only bought an order of 280 of these Glad bags so I have to deal with their horror for another year. Pooh.
