This book is priceless. I love craft books; I have a shelf full of them. It caught my attention because of the beautiful photography. I've owned the book for 3 weeks and have already sewn two parts (Koji and Doxy Doxy) and a third (Flip Doll) is on the way. I can imagine implementing any gift project. One of my favorite parts is the sheer variety of hair types on the dolls - fun fur, ribbons, felt and a few different yarn appliques. I feel like it's a treasure trove of techniques that I can mix and match to get the exact doll I want. A few notes on why I gave a star to a book I really like: *You must read the instructions very carefully. carefully.
