The customer support team is very responsive to our questions! They are always willing to help us out with any question or issue we have (even if it's not related directly to their product). I feel like they really care about what customers think; when you're in need of some assistance figuring something complicated that can be tricky for even an expert user - chances are good someone will jump right into helping resolve your problem so quickly there won't ever actually BE anything wrong at all :) We've been using this tool since early 2016 but just recently started getting new features pushed down from time to time as well which has helped make things easier than before by leaps & bounds!
