Review on Xentec XT BALLAST Slim 20120201 Slim HID Ballast by Demetrius Patsion

One of the original ballasts I bought broke down after about seven months of use. However, this company supports its customers. When I contacted Xentec they quickly sent me a new ballast. The ballasts they sent me this time were actually of better quality than the ones I bought last year. Because it was of better quality, it delivered more power and actually made my one light source brighter than the other. When I reported this to Xentec they sent me another high quality ballast with no problem. This company is loyal to their customers!
