I really liked this product. I think if the pieces were thicker they would be more durable. The ink on the letter was peeling when it was first thrown on the table. t, l, k, j and i were a bit difficult for the kids to understand so I took a felt tip pen and the bottom of the puzzle to better identify k, i and j and I had to type in the font style for my 4- and 5 year olds. I bought this puzzle mainly because of the "a" font which my kids are already used to. The kids love it and I can honestly say the idea is great. The company has fast customer service and fixed my issue and received my input.
