Please note that the 15A rating of this device refers to the device as a whole, not to an individual channel. The switches are of poor quality, there is no active circuitry or isolation in the box itself, it's just 8 switches wired in parallel inside the box. Any given switch will not handle a large turn-on load like a power amplifier. I disabled three of these switches by hooking up a Mackie power amp. All of the switches failed as soon as I turned the unit on and stayed in the open position sending an error message without being able to turn off the channel. Switches are inexpensive and I've found exact matches here on Revain. For the money, this device works as long as you're not trying to power something with a large initial load. Also this block doesn't have any active circuitry, it's just cheap switches wired in parallel in a box. But then what do you want for so much money? I assume you want $2 switches in a $40 box.
