I used to cut microfiber towels into four pieces to try to get the tea towel the perfect size. The edges wore out over time, but they served their purpose. I was looking for kitchen towels and came across these. The price was right and the size seemed perfect according to the product description, so I decided to try it. The fabrics arrived quickly and I was itching to try them out. They are very absorbent and absorb detergent well. A decent amount of bubbles from a single spray of dish soap. Doesn't feel too thick. Washed loads of dishes with ease. The real test will be when I have to wash them. I plan on using all twelve before I put them in the wash. If the product changes or deteriorates I will update this review. So far I am impressed with the quality of these rags. Why four stars? I believe that too much packaging (plastic) is used. Each towel is individually wrapped and twelve wrapped towels are placed in a vacuum bag. A vacuum bag would suffice. Updated 07/28/21. These little pearls are still going strong. Some have bleach stains (I use bleach on kitchen towels, washcloths, reusable tissues. I'm such an old school person) but they have retained their softness, potency, form and function for well over a year and a half. I can highly recommend these.
