I like that they have great resources for their clients such as training guides/webinars etc! This is helpful because it helps us understand what our client wants from each candidate before we even start with them interviewing (which saves so much of my staff's valuable work hours!). Also very organized system which makes things easy going through process when candidates are applying multiple times within one day. No complaints thus far!! The only thing about this service i dislike would be how long people wait after calling just hoping someone picks up but then no answer until later at night.. maybe an hour difference?? It could take longer than 1hr if you're not patient enough haha :) We use halo staffing since last year now. And am pretty happy working along side these awesome colleagues who keep me updated everyday during interviews via email & text messages throughout entire interview experience!
